Free-diving or breath-holding is the oldest and the most widespread form of diving. Throughout the history, people have undertaken such actions in search of food, shellfish or to find sunken objects. This activity can be carried out in different locations which are, depending on the natural surrounding, more or less demanding. Scuba diving is a unique experience – on the verge of adrenaline and adventure, yet still in the weightless vastness of the deep blue sea. First of all, a good education on the equipment and ways of conduct is necessary. Depending on the type of diving, the main diving equipment, without which one cannot imagine a comfortable and safe diving, is needed. It consists of: the diving mask, fins, suit, gloves, gauges, tanks, instruments, knife, weight belts, underwater lights and weighted boots. The instructor will teach you and you can dive relaxed into the underwater adventure and exploration of the depths of the blue Adriatic Sea. Experience diving in the caves at locations which we have chosen for you. Take pictures and dive.

Cres – The island of Cres is the gem of the Adriatic sea; still a bit wild, not explored enough, and to a large extent unknown. Apart from the Island of Krk, it is the second biggest island of the Adriatic. Despite being an island, the typical trees of the northern parts are oak, chestnut and cherry. There are many olive groves, sage plants and approximately 1400 other species of plants. The Ecological centre Caput insulae is the shelter for the griffon vultures and it has saved them from extinction. Cres is the nesting place for the golden eagle (Aquila chrysaetos), European honey buzzard (Pernis apivorus) and the nightingale. Cres offers more than one might expect. It will surprise you with the breathtaking beauty of nature. Cres offers possibilities for new physical, spiritual and cognitive forms of experience and awareness. This is an ideal place for a new dimension of holidays.
